The story behind Cookie University

Cookie University started with three college students: Owen Riggenbach, Ian Riggenbach, and Trenton Scott. What began as making cookies for fun turned into something bigger when they shared their homemade cookies with friends and received great feedback. Their friends loved the cookies, and the three realized they might have something special.

With the school year bringing expenses and the need for extra money, they decided to turn their hobby into a business. That's how Cookie University was born!

Now, these three broke college students are turning their love for baking into a way to earn money while balancing college life. Our mission is simple: make delicious cookies, keep our customers happy, and prove that a small idea can grow into something great.

Community is at the core of our student business. Every Sunday between 12 PM and 6 PM, we host designated dorm pickups  so you can grab your order fresh and connect with our team.
