Got questions about how ordering, payment, or dorm pickup works? We have answered all the essential details to make grabbing your weekly batch easy and stress-free.

When can I place my cookie order?

Our ordering window opens every Monday morning and closes Friday at 11:59 PM. This gives us time over the weekend to prep, mix, and bake your fresh batch of cookies for Sunday pickup.

Where and when does pickup take place?

Pickup happens every Sunday between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM at our designated campus dorm location. You will receive the exact dorm building and room pickup details once your order is confirmed.

What information do I need to provide when ordering?

Our online order form asks for your full name, phone number, cookie selections, desired quantities, and any special instructions or allergy notes you might have.

How do I pay for my cookies?

We currently accept in-person payment at pickup (cash or quick peer-to-peer mobile transfer). We are actively working on adding integrated online card payments to our site in the near future!

What if I cannot make it between 12 PM and 6 PM on Sunday?

Please send us a quick text using the contact number provided in your confirmation message. Because we are students baking out of our dorm, we will do our best to coordinate an alternative handoff time with you.

Can a friend pick up my order for me?

Yes! Just make sure they know the name placed on the order form and have the payment ready at handoff.
